When Spectrum Brands was deciding on a new corporate headquarters, tilt-up from Newcomb provided the quality and price advantage they were looking for. The tilt-up wall panels are over 58' tall, up to 26' wide, and house massive 9' wide windows. Along with meeting LEED standards, the upper floors have 48' joist spans to allow for maximum use of column-free floor space.
