This innovative headquarters for Fiskars proves that tilt-up is suitable for Fortune 500 companies. It was completed at a 20% savings as compared to conventional construction costs, which allowed for the inclusion of the 142’ enclosed skywalk that connects the office building and parking ramp. The design features sandblasted concrete panels, limestone masonry, and cedar planks.
